Who I am
I’m a keynote speaker, a leader in Tech, an entrepreneur and board member who is passionate about helping people especially women, first-generation and underrepresented students and professionals to navigate career transitions, step into leadership, and thrive in technical and professional spaces.
I’m a chemical engineer by training and a storyteller at heart. My journey began as an immigrant who came to the U.S. not speaking English. With grit, resilience, and support, I earned my engineering degree from UMass Amherst and later an MBA. Over the past 14+ years, I’ve built a career leading teams and delivering complex, strategic programs across industries - often in male-dominated spaces - while staying true to who I am and creating a legacy of impact.
I bring vibrant energy and lived experience to every stage I speak on. Whether I’m talking about overcoming imposter syndrome, reinventing your career, or unlocking your leadership potential, I weave in real stories that spark clarity, confidence, and action.
I care deeply about helping first-generation students, women, and professionals at pivotal crossroads feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead in their own way.
Beyond the stage, I serve on advisory boards where I contribute to community-based initiatives and professional development programs. When I’m not working, I’m usually exploring new cultures and cuisines while traveling with my husband and our two young daughters.
